Information about the provider, use and responsibilities.
1. Scope and responsible organisation
This notice covers the static isva.io information website. The responsible organisation is KIWIS AND BROWNIES IT SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED at the address in our legal notice. Contact: info@kiwis-and-brownies.de. The console and AI product require separate notices describing their actual processing.
2. Indian data protection framework
Applicable Indian requirements include the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the 2011 Sensitive Personal Data or Information Rules where applicable. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 have phased commencement. Provisions apply from their notified commencement dates; this notice does not describe future statutory rights or duties as already in force. The notice must be reviewed as further provisions commence.
3. Connection data and hosting
Delivering this website involves the host processing IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser information and, where supplied, referring URLs. The purpose is delivery, security and troubleshooting. The host and authorised technical operators may access the data for these purposes. The website hosting arrangement is separate from the product hosting and AI model service described on product pages.
4. Retention and security
Personal information should be kept only for its purpose and applicable legal retention requirements. Where the CERT-In Directions of 28 April 2022 apply, ICT logs must be retained securely for a rolling 180 days within Indian jurisdiction. Relevant incidents must be reported within the applicable six-hour period. Other statutory retention or lawful preservation requirements may apply. Access controls, updates, backups and incident handling must reflect the actual deployment.
5. Language preference
The website uses no advertising cookies, analytics, embedded social media or externally hosted fonts. Choosing English or Hindi stores only en or hi under isva-language in localStorage on your device. No identifier is attached and no preference is sent to an analytics provider. You can delete this value in browser settings. Without a saved preference, the website evaluates your browser languages locally. Direct language links remain available.
6. Enquiries and voluntary information
The contact form prepares an enquiry locally in your browser. It does not send the form to a server or save its contents in localStorage. Copying places the text on your clipboard at your request. Opening the email link uses your email application. If you send an enquiry, we use the information you provide to respond and manage the business relationship. Please do not send passwords, financial credentials, health information or other sensitive personal data through this form.
7. Recipients and disclosures
Website hosts, authorised technical operators and email providers may process information necessary for their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a lawful authority. This website itself sends no company documents to an AI model. Product processors, international transfers and contractual safeguards must be described in the relevant service documentation before processing begins.
8. Requests and complaints
For access to information you supplied, correction, withdrawal of consent where relevant, or a privacy complaint, contact info@kiwis-and-brownies.de. Requests will be assessed under the law in force and applicable retention duties. For sensitive personal information governed by the 2011 Rules, the grievance process must meet the applicable one-month redress period. Rights and Board complaint routes under the DPDP framework apply as the relevant provisions commence. Further statutory remedies remain available.
9. Intended audience
Isva is offered for business use by authorised adult representatives. This website does not provide accounts or a service directed to children. Do not submit children's personal information through the enquiry form.
10. Updates
Version: 4 November 2026. Changes to hosting, service providers, enquiry processing or applicable commencement notifications require a review of this notice. The actual console service will publish its own applicable information before collecting registration or product data.
